The Georgia Credit Union Executives Association will be held August 7 – 9, 2025 at the King & Prince Beach & Golf Resort in St. Simon’s Island, GA. We would like to invite you to attend our meeting. We will have a couple of receptions/breaks that you will be able to visit with Credit Union Executives from around the state. Golf registration is on next page.   1. A vendor must provide a sponsorship in order to attend the meeting and present or give an update on Friday of the agenda. Sponsorship form must be submitted by June 30, 2025.
  2. Vendors may not attend the meeting as a ‘participant’ by simply paying the participant fee.
  3. Vendors are welcome to bring a raffle or door prize equal to the sponsorship value. This must be communicated and approved by the board or meeting sponsor at least three weeks prior to the meeting.
  4. The League may provide a CU Industry update on Friday, time permitting.
  5. This letter, along with your canceled check, will serve as your receipt.
  6. If you have items you would like us to give out at registration, we’d be happy to distribute them. There will be approximately 50+ attendees. Please send any materials to the address listed above.
